The Management Board of MBF Group SA with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Issuer", "Company") hereby announces that on 14 September2025, in agreement with the Issuer's Supervisory Board, it decided toupdate the current Development Strategy for 2024-2026, adopted andpublished on 21 March 2024 (ESPI Current Report No. 19/2024).

The Issuer's Management Board points out that the aforementioneddocument setting out the Company's development directions indicates, among other things, the need to expand its activities to includemilitary and automotive products. The update of the strategy does nottherefore constitute a change in the direction of the Company'sactivities, but rather a consistent development and reinforcement ofpreviously adopted assumptions.

The decision was made in connection with the dynamically changinggeopolitical environment, in particular the war in Ukraine and thegrowing importance of unmanned technologies. Equally important were theagreements concluded in recent weeks and months and the planneddevelopment projects.

The key elements of the Strategy update place a stronger emphasis onexpanding activities in the field of armaments and military equipment. They include the following elements:

- Change of scale and priority - the area of military and dual-usetechnologies is becoming one of the main pillars of the Issuer'sdevelopment, alongside its existing commercial activities.

- International reach - the Issuer plans to contract projects not onlyon the Polish market, but also on foreign markets.

- Competitive advantage - the Company's projects will offereffectiveness against all classes of UAVs and C-UAS at significantlylower costs than traditional missile systems, as well as the possibilityof modular implementation.

- Target segments - the Issuer's solutions will be addressed to armedforces, security services, critical infrastructure operators andinternational organisations.

- Modularity and phasing - the adopted project schedule provides for thepossibility of early commercialisation of selected elements (e.g. firingpods, training simulators, TAS/AI software) even before the completionof the entire systems.

The Issuer emphasises that the Company's current commercial activitiesare not and will not be in any way halted or slowed down in the future.MBF Group S.A. will continue to develop areas related to wholesale tradein goods - in particular sugar, refined and unrefined oils, fertilisersand urea - generating revenue and cash flow. Existing contracts will becontinued, and at the same time, the Company will seek new contractorsand partners in its remaining core business.

The update of the Development Strategy means that the Company isexpanding the scale of its operations by adding to its portfolio animportant pillar related to advanced armament, military and dual-usetechnologies. In the opinion of the Issuer's Management Board, thecombination of stable commercial activities with new technologicalprojects creates a sustainable business model that may have asignificant impact on the Issuer's revenues and market value in thefuture.
