Subject:Information on the decision of Member of the Management Board of BankHandlowy w Warszawie S.A. not to stand for the election for the nextterm as Member of Management Board of the Bank

Legalbasis:§ 5 point 4) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated March 29,2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent theinformation required by the law of a non-member state (Official Journalof 2018, item 757 with subsequent amendments).

BankHandlowy w Warszawie S.A. ("Bank") announces that on November 30th,2021 it received information that Mr. James Foley will not seek to beelected for the role of Member of the Management Board for the next termand he will be a Member of the Management Board until February 28, 2022.
