Additionally, please be informedthat the preliminary consolidated financial results of the capital groupof the Bank for 2021 will be published on February 17, 2022, in the formof a current report.

TheBank announces that, in accordance with § 62 (1) of the Ordinance, theCompany will not publish separate stand-alone quarterly reports of theBank. Consolidated quarterly reports of the Capital Group of the Bankwill include the quarterly financial information.

TheBank will not publish quarterly reports for Q2 and Q4 of 2022, inaccordance with § 79 (2) of the Ordinance. Also, the Bank will notpublish a separate stand-alone semi-annual report, in accordance with §62 (3) of the Ordinance.
