Re:Information on the amount of contribution to the compulsory resolutionfund determined by the Bank Guarantee Fund's Council for 2022

Legal basis:Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliamentand of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR)

In connection with theinformation received on April 14, 2022 from the Bank Guarantee Fund, theManagement Board of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. ("the Bank") herebyannounces that the amount of the annual contribution determined by theCouncil of the Bank Guarantee Fund for the Bank for the compulsory bankresolution fund for 2022 combined with an adjustment for the 2021 and2020 fee amounts to PLN 104,665,095.14. The total amount of the fee willbe booked by the Bank in Q1, 2022.
