Re: Information on the dividend date anddividend payment date

Legal basis:Art. 17sec. 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament andof the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).

With reference to current reports No. 7/2022 of March15, 2022 and No. 8/2022 of March 24, 2022 regarding the proposeddistribution of the net profit for 2021, the Management Board of BankHandlowy w Warszawie S.A. (the _quot;Bank_quot;) announces that on April 26, 2022,it adopted a resolution on the proposed dividend date and dividendpayment date.

The Management Board of the Bank proposed to set thedividend date for July 1, 2022 (the dividend day) and the date ofdividend payment for July 9, 2022 (the dividend payment date). Theproposal of the Management Board will be submitted to the SupervisoryBoard for consideration and assessment and then to the General Meetingso that the resolution can be adopted.
