Re: Information on changing the proposeddividend payout date

Legal basis:Art. 17sec. 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament andof the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).

With reference to Current Report no. 13/2022 datedApril 26, 2022, the Management Board of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.("the Bank") hereby announces that on April 28, 2022 it adopted aresolution and proposed to change the dividend payout date for July 11,2022.

The above proposal of the Management Board will besubmitted to the Supervisory Board for consideration and assessment andthen to the General Meeting for resolution.
