Subject:Information on preliminary result on treasury activities of the CapitalGroup of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. for the third quarter of 2022_#160;

Legal basis:Art.17 (1) of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliamentand of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).

Management Board of Bank Handlowyw Warszawie S.A. (The _quot;Bank_quot;) hereby informs that the analysis of thedeviations of individual items in the Bank's profit and loss account forthe third quarter of 2022 shows that the preliminary result on treasuryactivities understood as a result on trading financial instruments andrevaluation and result on debt investment financial assets measured atfair value through other comprehensive income will significantly differfrom the previous quarters' results. In accordance with the preliminaryfinancial data for the third quarter of 2022 the estimated result ontreasury activities will amount to about PLN -100 million.

The final result on tradingfinancial instruments and revaluation and result on debt investmentfinancial assets will be provided in the consolidated report for thethird quarter of 2022.
