Subject:Change of the publication date of the annual report for 2022

Legal basis:§ 80 (2), of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated March 29,2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent theinformation required by the law of a non-member state (Journal of Lawsof 2018, item 757).

Further to currentreport no. 1/2023 of 9 January 2023 and current report no. 2/2023 of 8February 2023, the Management Board of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.hereby informs about the change in the date of publication of theStand-alone annual report of the Bank for 2022 and Consolidated annualreport of the capital group of the Bank for 2022. This report will bedisclosed on March 21, 2023, instead of March 22, 2023 as initiallyplanned.
