Re:Information on the amount of contribution to the compulsory resolutionfund determined by the Bank Guarantee Fund's Council for 2023

Legal basis:Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliamentand of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR)

In connection with theinformation received on April 24, 2023 from the Bank Guarantee Fund, theManagement Board of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. ("the Bank") herebyannounces that the amount of the annual contribution determined by theCouncil of the Bank Guarantee Fund for the Bank for the compulsory bankresolution fund for 2023 combined with an adjustment for the 2022 feeamounts to PLN 73,791,054.84. The total amount of the fee will be bookedby the Bank in Q1, 2023.
