Subject:Resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on dividendpayment for 2022

Legal basis:§ 19 section 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated March29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent theinformation required by the law of a non-member state (Journal of Lawsof 2018, item 757).

The Bank Handlowy wWarszawie S.A. hereby informs that, the Ordinary General Meeting ofShareholders of the Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. (hereinafter GSM)adopted a resolution on distribution of the net profit for 2022 on April26, 2023. The GSM resolved to appropriate the amount of PLN1,175,936,400.00 forthedividend payment, which means that the dividend per one ordinary shareis PLN 9.00. The number of shares covered by the dividend is 130,659,600.

Simultaneously, theGSM resolved to set the day of the right to the dividend for May 8, 2023(dividend date) and the day of the dividend payment for May 15, 2023(dividend payment date).
