Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.(hereinafter referred to as the _quot;Bank_quot;) hereby provides to the generalpublic the notification received on 16 November 2023 from CitibankEurope PLC with its registered office in Dublin on the acquisition of97,994,700sharesof the Bank, i.e. the transaction referred to in Art. 19 section 1 ofthe Market Abuse Regulation.
