Subject:Information about the appointment of Vice President of the ManagementBoard of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.

Legalbasis:§ 5 point 5) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated March 29,2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent theinformation required by the law of a non-member state

BankHandlowy w Warszawie S.A. ("the Bank") announces that on January 25,2024, the Supervisory Board of the Bank decided to appoint Mr.Patrycjusz Wójcik to the Management Board of Bank Handlowy w WarszawieS.A. with the position of the Vice President of the Management Board asof 1 February 2024 for a three-year term of office. As part of theinternal division of powers in the Management Board, Mr. PatrycjuszWójcik will be a Vice President of the Bank's Management Boardresponsible for finance.

Mr.Patrycjusz Wójcik has extensive experience in the area of banking andfinance. Since 2014 he has been holding the role of Head of Strategy andDevelopment Department within Financial Markets in the Bank beingresponsible for operational, financial and administrational support ofall business lines within Markets. Since 2018, Mr. Patrycjusz Wójcik hasbeen President of the Management Board of Dom Maklerski Banku HandlowegoS.A. ("Brokerage House"). In this role he was responsible for businessand financial supervision, coordinated and supervised the merger of theBrokerage House with the Bank. Since August 2022 Mr. Patrycjusz Wójcikis holding the role of CEO for Handlowy Financial Services Sp. z o.o.with oversight of liquidation process and regulatory reporting andcompany's financials.

Hestarted his professional career in KPMG, where he was engaged in auditand advisory projects for biggest financial institutions in Poland. Mr.Patrycjusz Wójcik is ACCA certified accountant, a certified financialmarkets dealer and a licensed broker. He graduated from the WarsawSchool of Economics, Quantitative Methods and Information Systems and heis a scholarship holder of the Humboldt University in Berlin.

Mr.Patrycjusz Wójcik does not perform any business activity outside theBank, and therefore he does not perform any activity competitive to theBank, he does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in acivil company, partnership, or joint stock company, neither does heparticipate in a competitive legal person as a member of its governingbody.

Mr.Patrycjusz Wójcik is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtorskept on the basis of the Act of August 20, 1997 on the National CourtRegister.
