Bank Handlowy wWarszawie S.A. (hereinafter referred to as:"theBank") announces that on May 26, 2024 the Supervisory Board of the Bankdecided to appoint Ms. Elżbieta Światopełk-Czetwertyńska for thefunction of the President of Bank's Management Board for another term ofoffice. The term of office begins on January, 1 2025.

Ms. ElżbietaŚwiatopełk-Czetwertyńska took the position of the Vice-President of theBank's Management Board on June 18, 2021, and on the day of obtainingthe approval of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, i.e. onOctober 8, 2021, the position of the President of the Bank's ManagementBoard.

Ms. ElżbietaŚwiatopełk-Czetwertyńska has extensive, 30 years_#180; experience in thebanking industry in Europe and Latin America.

Ms. ElżbietaŚwiatopełk-Czetwertyńska joined Citigroup in July 1994 in Ecuador asRelationship Manger in the Corporate Bank. During 1999-2003, she workedin the Dominican Republic as the Head of Transaction Services, AssetBased Finance and the SME segment. Later, she moved to the United Statesfor one year, to work in Internal Audit and Risk Review coveringcorporate credit in Latin America (LATAM). In 2004, Ms. ElżbietaŚwiatopełk-Czetwertyńska moved to Europe and joined Bank Handlowy wWarszawie in the risk management area and in 2005 was appointed SeniorCredit Officer. After three years, Ms. Elżbieta Światopełk-Czetwertyńskatook the responsibility for the Central-East Region of the_#160;CommercialBank in Poland. In October 2009 she was appointed country Head for theCommercial Bank and she held this position until 2013, when she moved toColombia. In Colombia Ms. Elżbieta Światopełk-Czetwertyńska wasresponsible for running the Treasury and Trade Solutions business, whereshe successfully developed and executed a dynamic growth strategy. Aspart of the senior management team of Colombia and the Latam TTSExecutive Committee, Ms. Elżbieta Światopełk-Czetwertyńska was involvedin shaping the strategy of the franchise and the TTS business in theregion. In November 1, 2015, Ms. Elżbieta Światopełk-Czetwertyńska wasappointed Citi Country Officer and Banking, Capital Markets and Adisory_#160;Headfor Ecuador._#160;In March 2019,after a 6-year stay in Latin America, she moved back to Europe and wasappointed Citi Country Officer for Switzerland, Monaco and Liechtenstein._#160;In June 2021 she returned to Poland and joinedthe Management Board of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.

A year after takingover the role of Country Officer in Poland and President of theManagement Board of the Bank, as part of her additional duties, Ms.Elżbieta Światopełk-Czetwertyńska took over the supervision of Citi'soperations in Ukraine as Chairof the Supervisory Board of Citi Ukraine.

She was Presidentof the Board of Directors of the Ecuadorian-American Chamber ofCommerce, a member of the Board of Directors of the Ecuadorian BankingAssociation and the Junior Achievement Ecuador Foundation. InSwitzerland, she was a member of the board of the Association of ForeignBanks. Currently, she is a member of the Council of the American Chamberof Commerce in Poland and the Polish Bank Association.

Ms. ElżbietaŚwiatopełk-Czetwertyńska is a certified trainer in the field ofleadership and sales and has conducted various trainings in the field ofrisk management.

Ms. ElżbietaŚwiatopełk-Czetwertyńska graduated from University of Reading, England,U.K. as Bachelor of Science in Food Science, Food Economics _amp; Marketing.She was Awarded First Class Honors Degree.

Ms. ElżbietaŚwiatopełk-Czetwertyńska does not perform any competitive businessactivity to the Bank outside the Bank and she does not participate in acompetitive company as a partner in a civil company, partnership, orjoint stock company. She does not participate in a competitive legalentity as a member of its governing body.

Ms. ElżbietaŚwiatopełk-Czetwertyńska is not listed in the Register of InsolventDebtors kept on the basis of the Act of August 20, 1997 in the NationalCourt Register.
