Subject:Resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on dividendpayment for 2023

Legal basis:§ 19 section 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated March29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent theinformation required by the law of a non-member state (Journal of Lawsof 2018, item 757).

The Bank Handlowy wWarszawie S.A. hereby informs that, the Ordinary General Meeting ofShareholders of the Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. (hereinafter GSM)adopted a resolution on distribution of the net profit for 2023 on June19, 2024. The GSM decided to allocate the amount of PLN1,454,930,607.50forthe dividend payment, whichmeans that the dividend per one ordinary share is PLN 11.15. The numberof shares entitled to dividend is 130,487,050.

Simultaneously, theGSM resolved to set the day of the right to the dividend for June 27,2024 (dividend date) and the day of the dividend payment for July 4,2024 (dividend payment date).
