BankHandlowy w Warszawie S.A. announces that on June 19, 2024 the OrdinaryGeneral

Meetingof Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. decided to appoints as members of theBank's Supervisory Board:

1._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;forthe joint, current term of office of the Bank's Supervisory Board-NataliaMonika Bożek, Ignacio Gutierrez - Orrantia and Fabio Lisanti,

2._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;fora further joint term of office of the Bank's Supervisory Board startingon January 1, 2025 r. -Natalia Monika Bożek, Ignacio Gutierrez - Orrantia, Marek Kapuściński,Fabio Lisanti, Andras Reiniger, Anna Ewa Rulkiewicz, Sławomir StefanSikora and Barbara Karolina Smalska.

Theappointed Supervisory Board Members neither pursue competitive activitytowards Bank nor participate in competitive companies/partnerships aspartners to civil law partnerships, partnerships, companies or anycompetitive legal entity as members of their bodies. They are not listedin the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the NationalCourt Register Act of 20 August 1997.

Inthe annex to the current report, the Bank presents its education,qualifications and previously held positions with a description of theprofessional background of individual members of the Bank's SupervisoryBoard and indication of other activities performed outside the Bank bymembers of the Bank's Supervisory Board.
