Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.(hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") hereby provides to the generalpublic notification of transaction, referred to in Article 19 paragraph1 of the Regulation (EU) no 596/2014 of the European Parliament and ofthe Council of 16 April 2014 on Market Abuse ("Market Abuse Regulation").

Notification of transaction hasbeen submitted to the Bank by Mr. Maciej Kropidłowski Vice President ofthe Management Board of the Bank, and the Notification is attachedherewith.
