The Bank herebyprovides information contained in the announcement on convening theOrdinary General Meeting of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. on 27 June2025 at 11:00 AM, to be held in Warsaw at Senatorska 16 Street, togetherwith the Annex to this report including information on the currentlyapplicable provisions of the Bank's Articles of Association, as well asthe content of the proposed amendments, in connection with the plannedamendment of the Bank's Articles of Association at the Annual GeneralMeeting on 27 June 2025.
