Subject:Resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on dividendpayment for 2024

Legal basis:§ 20 section 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated June 6,2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent theinformation required by the law of a non-member state (Journal of Lawsof 2025, item 755).

The Bank Handlowy wWarszawie S.A. hereby informs that, the Ordinary General Meeting ofShareholders of the Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. (hereinafter GSM)adopted a resolution on distribution of the net profit for 2024 on June27, 2025. The GSM decided to allocate the amount of PLN 1,342,776,931.65forthe dividend payment, whichmeans that the dividend per one ordinary share is PLN 10.29. The numberof shares entitled to dividend is 130,493,385.
