("Bank") announces that on August 21, 2025 itreceived information that Mr. Ivan Vrhel placed resignation from therole of the Member of the Management Board effective November 30th,2025 asa result of accepting the offer regarding taking up the position ofTreasury and Trade Solutions _ Commercial, Corporate and Public SectorHead for Sub-Saharan Africa Sub-Cluster and South Africa.
