SUBJECT: Event related to 4Q 2021

In connection with the judgment of the Court of Appealin Warsaw, dated November 24th, 2021, the Management Board of BankMillennium SA (_quot;Bank_quot;) informs that the Bank is obliged to pay theamount awarded under this judgment of PLN 102 733 906,25 as at November24, 2021 (plus further statutory interest until the date of payment).This amount was not previously provisioned and will reduce the Bank'sfinancial result in 4Q 2021.

The above judgment is final, but may be appealedagainst by the Bank with a cassation appeal to the Supreme Court. Thedecision as to whether to file a cassation appeal will be made by theBank after receiving a written justification of the judgment of theCourt of Appeal and its analysis.
