Subject: Amount of annual contribution to the BFGResolution Fund in 2022

The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. (_#8216;theBank') hereby informs that today it has received information from theBanking Guarantee Fund on setting for the Bank the amount of annualcontribution to the Banks' Resolution Fund due for 2022, including thecorrections of contributions paid for years 2020 and 2021, in the amountof PLN 83 429 718.40. The majority of the above amount will be booked inthe Bank's costs relating to the first quarter of 2022.
