SUBJECT: Change of the balance of provision for legal risk connectedwith FX mortgage loans.

With reference to the current report no. 2/2023 in which the ManagementBoard of Bank Millennium S.A. (_#8216;the Bank') informed about provisionscreated for legal risk connected with FX mortgage originated by the Bankand by former Euro Bank S.A., the Management Board of Bank informs thatfinal balance of provision (unaudited) for this risk reached circa PLN5,395 million at the end of December 2022 (of which PLN 4,986 millionfor the portfolio originated by the Bank).
