SUBJECT: Issuing by the President of the Office of Competition andConsumer Protection of the consent in the matter of a concentrationconsisting in creation of a joint venture (Millennium Financial ServicesSpółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością) by Bank Millennium SpółkaAkcyjna, Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Europa Spółka Akcyjna and TowarzystwoUbezpieczeń na Życie Europa Spółka Akcyjna.

The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) with reference tothe Current Report no 7/2023 of 13 February 2023 hereby informs that on24 March 2023 the Bank received information about the issuing of thedecision of 23 March 2023 by the President of the Office of Competitionand Consumer Protection in the matter of the concentration consisting increation of a joint venture (Millennium Financial Services Spółka zograniczoną odpowiedzialnością) by Bank Millennium Spółka Akcyjna,Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Europa Spółka Akcyjna and TowarzystwoUbezpieczeń na Życie Europa Spółka Akcyjna.

The decision indicated above means that there has been fulfilled theconditions precedent of the Transaction specified in the Current Reportno 7/2023 of 13 February 2023 i.e. obtaining the relevant consent of therelevant antimonopoly authority.
