Subject: Amount of annual contribution to the BFG Resolution Fund in 2023

The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. [the Bank] hereby informsthat today it has received information that on April 21, 2023 theCouncil of the Bank Guarantee Fund adopted the Resolution No. 14/2023specifying the amount of the Bank's annual contribution to theresolution fund for the year 2023 (including the adjustment ofcontribution for 2022) in the amount of PLN 60,034,468.01

As the Bank has recognised in its 1st quarter 2023 results to bereleased tomorrow an estimated cost of the above mentioned contributionin the amount of PLN 83,429,700.00, the difference will be recognised inthe 2nd quarter 2023 as a reduction of the respective cost.
