SUBJECT: First listing of senior non-preferred notes after consolidation

The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. [the Bank], with referenceto the current report no. 31/2023 of 27 September 2023, informs that on3 November 2023 senior non-preferred notes with a total nominal value ofEUR 100 million, issued by the Bank on 27 September 2023, wereconsolidated with 4-year senior non-preferred notes with a total nominalvalue of EUR 400 million issued by the Bank on 18 September 2023 andform a single series with a total nominal value of EUR 500 million andISIN code: XS2684974046.

The date of the first listing of the notes on the regulated market ofthe Luxembourg Stock Exchange after consolidations is: 3 November 2023.
