The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. [Bank], informs that on 24February 2025 the Bank's Supervisory Board, in connection with Article66 section 4 of the Accounting Act of 29 September 1994, § 17 section 2point 4/ of the Bank's Articles of Association and in accordance withthe recommendation of the Audit Committee of the Bank's SupervisoryBoard, selected KPMG Audyt Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnościąsp.k., with its registered office in Warsaw, Inflancka 4A, 00-189Warsaw, as an audit firm conducting an audit [including statutory audit]of the Bank's financial statements and the consolidated financialstatements of the Bank's Group for the years 2025-2026 and other reportsfor the periods falling in these years.

KPMG Audyt Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. is listed onthe list of entities authorized to audit financial statements maintainedby the Polish Agency for Audit Supervision under number 3546.
