SUBJECT: Submission to Bank Millennium S.A. by shareholder AllianzPolska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, of the candidacy to Bank'sSupervisory Board

The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. [Bank] informs that inconnection with the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank convened for 27March 2025 [General Meeting], the shareholder Allianz Polska OtwartyFundusz Emerytalny with its registered office in Warsaw represented byPTE Allianz Polska S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, submittedto the Bank the candidacy of Ms. Izabela Olszewska for a member of theBank's Supervisory Board.

Item 18 of the agenda of the General Meeting covers selection andassessment of suitability of the candidates for members of theSupervisory Board of the Bank, and election of Members of theSupervisory Board.

The candidate's curriculum vitae constitutes attachment to this report.

Ms. Izabela Olszewska agreed to submit her candidacy and perform thefunction of a member of the Supervisory Board, in the case ofappointment. The candidate is independent, does not conduct any activitycompetitive to the Bank [neither as a shareholder or participant ofcompetitive companies, nor as a member of the governing bodies of suchcompanies], is not listed in the register of insolvent debtors, and hasnot been convicted by a final judgment for an offence referred to in theprovisions indicated in Article 18 paragraph 2 of the CommercialCompanies Code [nor is she a defendant in criminal proceedings conductedon the basis of such provisions].

§ 19 sec. 1 pt. 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29March 2018 on current and periodical information disclosed by issuers ofsecurities and conditions to be met when recognising as equivalentinformation disclosed under laws of a state which is not a member state.
