The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. [the Bank] hereby informsthat it has received information that on March 21, 2025 the Council ofthe Bank Guarantee Fund adopted the Resolution No. 12/2025 specifyingthe amount of the Bank's annual contribution to the resolution fund forthe year 2025 [including the adjustment of contributions for years 2023and 2024] in the amount of PLN 76,007,080.53
