SUBJECT: Admission to trading on the stock exchange in Luxembourg ofAdditional Tier I eurobonds of the nominal value of PLN 1,500,000,000

The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A., with regards to thecurrent report no. 2/2026 dated 16 January 2026, hereby informs that on22 January 2026 Additional Tier I eurobonds, with a total nominal valueof PLN 1,500,000,000 ['notes'], were admitted to trading on a regulatedmarket, on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The notes were not assigned aseries designation.

Date of admission of the notes to trading and the date of the firstlisting is: 22 January 2026. Number of notes admitted to trading: 1,500notes.

Rating agency Moody's assigned to the above-mentioned notes rating ofBa3 [hyb].
