UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION21.02.2024 - Report 3/2024: Informationon the proposed distribution of undistributed part of net profit for2019 and net profit for 2023Bank Polska Kasa Opieki SpółkaAkcyjna (the "Bank_quot;) hereby informs that on 21 February2024 the Management Board of the Bank decided to submit to the OrdinaryGeneral Meeting of the Bank the request regarding the distribution ofnet profit of the Bank by allocating:1) undistributed part of netprofit of the Bank for 2019 in the amount of PLN 1,685,057,618.28 fordividend,2) net profit of the Bank for 2023 in amount of PLN6,718,134,911.22:a) in the amount of PLN 3,354,367,034.52 fordividend,b) in the amount of PLN 1,686,584,359.44 for reservecapital, andc) the remaining part of the net profit in the amount ofPLN 1,677,183,517.26 left undistributed.The abovementionedprofit distribution proposal means a total dividend payment in theamount of PLN 5,039,424,652.80. Proposed dividend per one share is PLN19.20.The Management Board of the Bank decided to propose to theOrdinary General Meeting of the Bank to set the dividend record date for24 April 2024 and the date of dividend payment for 10 May 2024.Requestof Management Board of the Bank was positively assessed by theSupervisory Board of the Bank.Simultaneously, Bank herebyinforms that the final decision on the distribution of the net profitfor 2019 and 2023 will be made by the Ordinary General Meeting of theBank.Legal basis: Art. 17 (1) MAR - inside information
