UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION29.04.2026 - Report 12/2026:Appointment of the Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki SpółkaAkcyjna for a new joint term of officeBank Polska KasaOpieki Spółka Akcyjna (the "Bank") hereby informsthat on 29 April 2026 the Supervisory Board of the Bank in an openselection process initiated pursuant to Resolution No. 35/26 of theBank's Supervisory Board dated 20 March 2026 and after assessingsuitability, appointed:1) Mr Cezary Stypułkowski - for the positionof President of the Bank's Management Board,2) Mr MarcinGadomski - to the position of Vice President of the Bank's ManagementBoard responsible for overseeing the management of material risks in theBank's operations,3) Mr Łukasz Januszewski - to the positionof Vice President of the Bank's Management Board,4) Mr MichałPanowicz - to the position of Vice President of the Bank's ManagementBoard,5) Mr Robert Sochacki - to the position of Vice President ofthe Bank's Management Board,6) Mr Błażej Szczecki - to theposition of Vice President of the Bank's Management Board,7)Mrs Dagmara Wojnar - to the position of Vice President of the Bank'sManagement Board,8) Mr Marcin Zygmanowski - to the position of VicePresident of the Bank's Management Board,for a new joint termof office, commencing on the day following the date of the Bank'sOrdinary General Meeting approving the financial statements for thefinancial year 2025.In accordance with the submitteddeclarations, none of the appointed members of the Bank's ManagementBoard shall, from the date of taking up the function, conducts anyactivity competitive to the Bank, in particular do not hold the statusof a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or capital companycompetitive to the Bank, nor act as a member of the governing body ofanother legal person competing with the Bank or run his own businessactivity competitive with the Bank.
