Correction of the current report 6/2019 of 30 January 2019

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the ‘Company') hereby present a correction, due toan obvious mistake, to the current report no 6/2019 of 30 January 2019.In the Polish version of the report an incorrect transaction date wasindicated. Instead of 29 January 2019, erroneously 29 November 2019 wasindicated.
