The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company"), hereby provides the list of theshareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at theExtraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on February 3, 2021(hereinafter, the "General Meeting"):
1) James Van Bergh - 517,195 shares representing 517,195 votes at theGeneral Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the GeneralMeeting: 23.28%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 17.87%;
2) Benefit Invest Limited - 300,421 shares representing 300,421 votes atthe General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at theGeneral Meeting: 13.52%; percentage share in the total number of votes:10.38%;
3) Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro - 239,628 shares representing 239,628 votesat the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at theGeneral Meeting: 10.79%; percentage share in the total number of votes:8.28%;
