Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 ofMAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 22 February2021 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Mr. Wojciech Szwarc - Member of the Management Board ofthe Company, about selling on 18 February 2021 a total of 10 shares ofthe Company, at a price of PLN 855.00 per share.
