The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 6 October2021 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Mr. James Van Bergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Boardof the Company, about sale of 10,000 shares in the Company at PLN 730.00per share on 6 October 2021.
