Statement of the National Depository for SecuritiesS.A. on the registration of shares.

Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with itsregistered seat in Warsaw ("Company") in reference to the report No.21/2021 of October 1, 2021 informs that it has learned about theissuance of a statement on October 29, 2021 by the National Depositoryfor Securities S.A. in Warsaw No. 1287/2021 on registration of up to39,255 ordinary series E bearer shares of the Company ("Shares"), with anominal value of PLN 1.00 each, under the code PLBNFTS00091("Statement"). The date / mode of registration in the Statementindicates the registration on the basis of settlement orders referred toin § 6 of the Detailed Rules of Operation of the National Depository forSecurities, in connection with the deregistration of subscriptionwarrants marked with the code PLBNFTS00083, from which the rights toacquire Shares were exercised.

The registration of Shares applies to shares issuedby the Company as a result of a conditional increase in the Company'sshare capital in order to implement the Incentive Program for 2017-2020.
