Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 ofMAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby announces that on 14 January2022 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Mr. James Van Bergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Boardof the Company, about sale of 16,489 shares in the Company at PLN 628.00per share and 15 shares in the Company at PLN 629.00 per share on 13January 2022.
