Change in publication dates of periodic reports

In reference to current report 3/2022 of 10 January 2022, the ManagementBoard of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered office in Warsawhereby informs about:

1) The change in publication dates of standalone and consolidated annualreports for 2021 originally scheduled for publication on 23 March 2022.The reports will be published on 15 April 2022.

2) The change in publication date of consolidated quarterly report for1Q 2022 originally scheduled for publication on 18 May 2022. The reportwill be published on 25 May 2022.
