Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 ofMAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 20 April2022 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro, an entity closely related toMr. James Van Bergh - Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company,about sale of 1,131 shares in the Company at PLN 630.00 per share on 19April 2022.
