Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 ofMAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 10 June2022 they received two notices pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from:

1) Mr. James Van Bergh - Chairman of the Supervisory Board of theCompany, about sale of 14 500 shares in the Company at PLN 596.00 pershare on 9 June 2022;

2) Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro, an entity closely related to Mr. James VanBergh - Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, about sale of2 500 shares in the Company at PLN 596.00 per share on 9 June 2022.
