Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 ofMAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby announces that on 22 June2022 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Mr Wojciech Szwarc, Management Board Member of theCompany about a purchase of 250 shares in the Company at PLN 500.00 pershare on 22 June 2022.
