1) James Van Bergh - 463,691 shares representing 463,691 votes at theGeneral Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the GeneralMeeting on June 29, 2022: 23.52%; percentage share in the total numberof votes: 15.81%;

2) Benefit Invest Limited - 295,421 shares representing 295,421 votes atthe General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at theGeneral Meeting on June 29, 2022: 14.98%; percentage share in the totalnumber of votes: 10.07%;

3) Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro - 235,997 shares representing 235,997 votesat the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at theGeneral Meeting on June 29, 2022: 11.97%; percentage share in the totalnumber of votes: 8.04%;
