Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 ofMAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 17 October2022 they received two notices pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from:

1) Benefit Invest Ltd. - an entity closely related to: Mr. James vanBergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company and Mr. MichaelSanderson, member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, about sale of225,000 shares in the Company at PLN 630.00 per share, on 17 October2022;

2) Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro, an entity closely related to Mr. James VanBergh - Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, about sale of25,000 shares in the Company at PLN 630.00 per share, on 17 October 2022.
