Notification of reducing stake below 5% of total voting rights at theCompany

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (the _quot;Company_quot;) informs that on 13 December 2022 the Companyreceived from Invesco Ltd. (_quot;Invesco_quot;), a notification of 13 December2022 that Invesco reduced its stake below 5% of the total number ofvotes in the Company (_quot;Notification_quot;). The Notification indicates that currently Invesco does not hold anyCompany shares. According to the Notification, the stake was reducedbelow 5% of total voting rights at the Company on 8 December 2022.
