Notification of exceeding the 10% threshold of total voting rights atthe Company

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (the _quot;Company_quot;) informs that on December 14, 2022 the Companyreceived a notification from Nationale-Nederlanden PowszechneTowarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., with its registered seat in Warsaw (_quot;NNPTE_quot;) dated December 14, 2022 (_quot;Notification_quot;), that funds managed by NNPTE exceeded the threshold of 10% of the total number of votes in theCompany. According to the Notification, the funds managed by NN PTE hold 307 053shares in the Company, representing 10.47% of the Company's sharecapital and entitling to 307 053 votes at the Company's general meeting,representing 10.47% of the total number of votes.

According to the Notification, the threshold of 10% of the total numberof votes in the Company was exceeded as a result of transactions on theCompany's shares effected on December 8, 2022.
