Recommendation of candidates for members of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered officein Warsaw (_quot;Company_quot;) announces that, in connection with item 17 on theagenda of the Annual General Meeting of the Company convened on 29 June2023, as referred to in the Company's current report No. 13/2023 of 2June 2023, the Company received Mr James Van Bergh's - a shareholder ofthe Company (_quot;Notifier_quot;), recommendation of candidatures of:

- Mr Marcin Marczuk,

- Mr Michael Sanderson,

- the Notifier,

for members of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

In the appendices the Company provides the Candidates' resumes receivedfrom the Notifier (in Polish language).

The Notifier informed, that none of the Candidates meet the independencecriteria specified in Art. 129 sec. 3 of the Act of 11 May 2017 onstatutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision.
