Recommendation of a candidate for a member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its seat in Warsaw(_quot;Company_quot;) announces that, in connection with item 17 on the agenda ofthe Annual General Meeting of the Company convened on 29 June 2023, asreferred to in the Company's current report No. 13/2023 of 2 June 2023,the Company received from Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne TowarzystwoEmerytalne S.A. with its seat in Warsaw acting on behalf ofNationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - shareholder of theCompany (_quot;Notifier_quot;), a recommendation of Mr Konrad Miterski for amember of the Supervisory Board of the Company (_quot;Candidate_quot;).

In the appendix the Company provides the Candidate's CV received fromthe Notifier (in Polish language).

The Notifier informed, that the Candidate meets the independencecriteria specified in Art. 129 sec. 3 of the Act of 11 May 2017 onstatutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision.
