Information on the position of the Supervisory Board on theappropriation of profit for 2022

In connection with current report No. 21/2023 of 26 June 2023 concerninga shareholder's submission of a draft resolution on matters included inthe agenda of the Annual General Meeting of Benefit Systems S.A.convened for 29 June 2023, the Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A.,based in Warsaw (the _quot;Company_quot;), informs that the Supervisory Board ofthe Company, in spite of the further-reaching draft resolution submittedby a shareholder of the Company, adopted a resolution on upholding itsprevious position (the _quot;Position_quot;) regarding the proposition of thedistribution of net profit for 2022, as referred to in the Company'scurrent report No. 12/2023 of 25 May 2023.
