Recommendation - during proceedings of the ordinary general meeting - ofa new candidate and repeated recommendation of candidates previouslyrecommended for members of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered officein Warsaw (_quot;Company_quot;) announces that, in connection with item 17 on theagenda of the ordinary general meeting of the Company convened on 29June 2023 (_quot;Ordinary General Meeting_quot;), as referred to in the Company'scurrent report No. 13/2023 of 2 June 2023, during proceedings of theOrdinary General Meeting the Company received:

a) jointly from: Mr James Van Bergh, Benefit Invest Limited and FundacjaDrzewo i Jutro - shareholders of the Company, repeated recommendation ofcandidature of Mr Marcin Marczuk and new candidature of Mr ArturOsuchowski;

b) from Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - a shareholderof the Company, repeated recommendation of candidature of Mr KonradMiterski

for members of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

The Company announces that in connection with the repeated candidaturesof Mr Marcin Marczuk and Mr Konrad Miterski, details of theircandidatures were included in current reports no. 14/2023 dated June 16,2023 and 18/2023 dated June 21, 2023, respectively.
