1) Mr. James Van Bergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of theCompany, about sale of 453,691 shares in the Company at CAD 558.127001per share, on 5 September 2023;

2) Benefit Invest 1 Company, an entity closely related to Mr. James VanBergh - Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, about purchaseof 453,691 shares in the Company at CAD 558.127001 per share on 5September 2023.
